Raymond Moir, the Innovative Learning Manager, and Emma Hanna, the Learning Technology Team leader, will also facilitate some scenario-based discussions to help you think about why these standards might help your digital content be engaging and supportive, for all your students.

Hybrid Teaching

In this new world we need to think of different, more inclusive ways when teaching.  Join Richard Tullett as he describes how he has been using hybrid teaching methods in his classroom.

This session will focus on running a hybrid classroom - having students attend the class in person while at the same time having students attend virtually.  It will focus on setting up the hybrid classroom, it will look at delivery methods and suggestions for activities, and it will also look at some of the challenges and opportunities this model brings.

Seen Sway on your O365 account and unsure what it does?

 

This session will help show you exactly how to make the most of sway with your class. It’s essentially an online presentation tool that can be used to create presentations, timelines, slideshows, newsletters or instruction manuals to name but a few.

 

Join Amanda Ford who is currently using Sway with her classes to build up an information guide on animation principles and she will show you how to get started with Sway & create, edit and share too.
